In collaboration with The Morrison Bar & Oyster Room, Sydney Fish Market invites you to enjoy an oyster-filled evening, to raise money for those NSW oyster farmers affected by recent extreme weather conditions.
The event will include a charity auction of donated prizes - including works from Australian artist, Ken Done - and the opportunity to hear from industry voices.
Please join us as we enjoy premium fare, including the finest oysters, while raising money for those who deliver them to Sydney's restaurant tables.
Tickets are $250 per person, inclusive of a Sean Connolly curated canape menu and a 2 hour unlimited drinks package.
