Taste of Sydney Fish Market Tour

Join us on our new Tastes of Sydney Fish Market Tour and dive headfirst into Australian seafood. Enjoy a guided walking tour led by one of our seafood educators and sample the seasons best products at each of our amazing retailers.

While the samples will change based on what’s in season, you can expect:

• To peel and eat King and Tiger prawns
• Watch Sydney Rock and Pacific Oysters being shucked to order
• Be amazed at a yellowfin tuna being filleted and try sashimi right off the bone
• Pick out fresh calamari to be fried to a golden crisp
• Try Aussie classics like meat pies and Vegemite on fresh baked sourdough
• Watch professionals cook Takoyaki with Australian octopus
• Try the season’s best produce and local chocolate

Tours begin at 10am sharp. Please arrive at 9:50am to check in, or you might get left behind!

Your guide will meet you in the SFM foyer, which is on Level 1 of the main arcade. To find it, walk past the giftshop on the left, enter the glass doors and go up the stairs or lift to Level 1. Have a seat on the black couches to wait for your guide to check you in.
